Savvy people who are keen to help their friends find work can now earn £30 for every person they refer to Search Consultancy who starts work at Gatwick Airport.
Nationwide recruiter Search, which has enjoyed a long history of placing workers at the international airport, is looking for employees to fill a range of roles including passenger service agents, cleaners, baggage handlers and queue timers.

Suitable applicants must have excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English. Health, safety and security are essential and workers must be able to actively respond to both verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
To meet government and security requirements applicants will need:
- A fully checkable reference history to cover the last five years
- The ability to pass Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) clearance
- The ability to pass a basic Criminal Record Check / Disclosure
- The right to work in the UK
