Crossroads Care South Central provides care support to unpaid carers, taking on the caring role allowing carers time for themselves . We are currently recruiting in the Mid Sussex Horsham and Crawley areas. We offer a full range of flexible services for Adults and Children with various disabilities or health conditions. This may be within the family carers home, social club or as with our children’s services accompanying the child to an activity.We provide all of our Carer Support Workers with training and advancement opportunities . Carer Support worker must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car
