HR Operations Manager
My client is a leading service organisation, searching for a multi-site HR Operations Manager to oversee a team of 7 highly capable HR professionals,
Commercially focused, with broad generalist capability, you will be tasked with developing and growing an effective and credible HR function, as well as providing line managers with a first-class HR service, particularly around complex ER casework. You will also play a lead role in projects within the HR function and wider business including Change/Restructures.
Full CIPD qualification is highly desirable, as well as a high degree of Employment Law knowledge. You will also be a strong stakeholder manager and possess the credibility to build senior relationships across the business.
Given this role has people management responsibility it is imperative that you have direct experience in managing an HR function, and have the necessary capability to produce and present HRMI/reports, as well as HRIS proficiency.
