Client Reception Services Manager £35-£40K London
This role involves managing Corporate Reception Services for prestigious offices around London, training and managing a team of professional support staff across numerous high profile corporate accounts.
You will be visiting each location, training and developing staff, reporting on KPI's, monthly quality service visits with clients, attending tender presentations for new business, and taking ownership for the standards of service delivered to each client.
