Senior Purchase Ledger Controller

Location: Southwick

Salary: £25,000

My client is looking for a bright and articulate Purchase Ledger Controller to manage the purchase ledger function for the organisation based in Southwick.


* Ensure the accuracy of the purchase ledger
* Ensure creditors are paid according to terms
* Ensure invoices/credits/expenses are correctly entered
* Avoid over/under payments and to be VAT compliant
* Manage the purchase ledger team to ensure all of the above
* Work closely with the Finance manager to enable timely and accurate monthly management reporting
* Review and Enhance systems where possible
* Provide ad-hoc reports as required

The right candidate will have proven experience within purchase ledger and have excellent Excel skills. You will ideally be AAT qualified and have excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
