My client, based on the outskirts of Horsham are looking for a Client Liaison Executive to join their team. This role is working for a leading logistics company in their industry.

Duties will include:

  • Respond promptly to email and phone queries
  • Actively track consignments to ensure it arrives at destination before deadline
  • Actively chase and follow up on open queries until closure
  • Communicate with colleagues to plan and manage daily schedules
  • Communicate opportunities, information or feedback from clients to appropriate company personnel
  • Handle all incoming telephone calls and direct to appropriate personnel
  • Other duties as assigned.

Previous admin and customer service experience is essential. Communication with customers is key as well as good Microsoft Office skills,. Excellent company to work for. Due to location you must have access to your own transport.
