Midhurst Community Hospital cares for semi acute admissions, rehabilitation; palliative and terminal care patient’s .The nursing team is supported by the on-site rehabilitation team, Macmillan unit and is in close liaison with all members of the multidisciplinary team.
THE ROLE: We are looking for an dynamic and enthusiastic senior nurse who can lead and act as role models for junior staff members of the team providing high quality in patient care .
THE PERSON: You will need to be experienced, reliable and a flexible approach with a dynamic proactive leadership style. You will need sound up to date clinical skills.
