Inbound Customer Service and Sales Executive
A rare opportunity has arisen for an Inbound Customer Service and Sales Executive to join our client’s busy customer service team in central Brighton.
Acting as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical problems with a product or service you will be responsible for trying to resolve the problem and if necessary booking an engineer for a home visit. Candidates must be patient, good communicators and be capable of multitasking due to handling a number of different systems at the same time.
In addition, and only where appropriate candidates will seek to offer insurance and warranties on products without protection.
Successful candidates would be required to work a 37.5 hours a week on a rolling rota, including evening and some weekend work. In return a salary of £7.96 per hour is provided, realistic commission of £300-£350 per month, 30 days’ holiday and a variety of staff incentives.
