Search Consultancy - Resourcer / Researcher - Crawley
An opportunity to join a successful Call and Contact Centre recruitment team has arisen to develop and implement a candidate attraction program.
Search Consultancy has an enviable client list with numerous client wins and PSL arrangements and the Call and Contact Centre team are now in a position to expand.
You will be responsible for the following:
* The sourcing of candidates to specific client specifications
* Developing a data base of candidates who are fully compliant
* Management of all advertising and the response
* Daily usage of linked in / face book
* The organisation of group assessment centres
The position will involve working closely with an energetic, dynamic team. It is a fast paced working environment so we are ideally looking for someone who wants to join a buzzy environment.
Ideally you will have excellent, articulate communication skills with the ability to multi-task. You will need to have excellent IT Skills and experience in using social media. An energetic personality with the ability to engage and attract potential candidates for interviews and assessments is essential.
We are looking for someone who is innovative and forward thinking. Then position is Monday - Friday with occasional evenings.
