Apprentice Administrator to the Lettings Manager in Hove
Your role will be office based and you will be meeting and greeting clients, taking incoming calls and queries, taking messages, passing on calls to relevant staff members, dealing with tenants and clients. You will also manage the inboxes, booking appointments for colleagues and managing their diary.
There will also be sole responsibility for Lettings administration which includes managing each property file and assisting tenants and landlords with references, utilities, contracts and obtaining legal documents such as gas safety certificates, energy performance certificates and electrical certificates.
Additional general administrative duties may also be required upon request from the Lettings Manager.
