Technical Support Advisor
Working in the Customer Services department of this highly successful organisation, you will be taking INBOUND calls from customers:
* dealing with product queries,
* setting up account information,
* Reporting faults
* Chasing suppliers
* Liaising with customers
The role requires a good telephone manner, customer service experience and a positive attitude to do a good job.
Full training will be given on the Company and products. Hours of Work 8.30-5.30pm Monday to Friday, parking available.
