Customer Service Team Apprentice

Chandlers Hailsham have an exciting opportunity for a polite, enthused and welcoming Customer Service Team Apprentice to join their team in their newly refurbished state of the art showrooms with first class facilities!

About the position

The Successful candidate will;

Provide full reception support, including meeting and greeting clients and employees in a professional manner; 

Answer the telephone,directing all enquiries to a relevant specialist;

Complete general administration duties, such as email management and customer enquiry management;

Complete other ad hoc tasks for the dealership.

About our requirements

We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position,including :

Customer focused.

Confident and professional communication skills.

Multi-task oriented

Full driving licence.

You should be comfortable dealing with members of the public and have a passion for exceptional customer service.
