This is a chance for an enthusiastic individual to join a fast growing global software and service provider My client will allow you to make a real impact and to develop yourself within the Telco community Due to customer requests and growth, my client is now looking to expand their Support & Engineering teams across EMEA to give their clients / partners the highest level of support possible JOB TITLE: Technical Support Engineer LOCATION: Crawley PACKAGE: Up to 33,000 Basic COMPANY INFORMATION - My client is on a mission to change and advance the industry that they work in. They currently provide software and services to over 600 global customers, supporting well over 1 million subscribers - Essentially, they develop software that enables mobile and fixed-line service providers to deliver real-time communications through their IP networks - Founded 1990's - Over 1000 employees worldwide - Over 600 global customers KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 2 years technical background (1st / 2nd line support) - 2 years' experience with ticketing and troubleshooting issues and strong around SIP - Fluent in French ROLE INFORMATION - Provide partners with technical support and consultation - Participate in my client's presentations/demonstrations to prospective and current customers - Provide training for new and current customers - Be confident in providing 1st to 3rd line support - Clarify all customer concerns and gather all necessary information to resolve issues To apply for the above position, please contact James Gribbon or hit the apply button.
