Are you an experienced Service Co-ordinator or Service Manager looking for a role within a growing, well-established manufacturing company, in their fast-paced, friendly team? Lloyd Recruitment Services are offering this exciting opportunity to join our client's business as they experience a period of rapid growth in their sector. The work is very varied and fast-paced; with no two days the same-so it is essential that you enjoy working in this way. Salary: CIRCA £23-26K per annum depending on experience. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5:30 Essential Skills MUST have at least a year's solid experience in Service Coordinating/Service Management Experience of delegating work/managing a team as this is a senior role with two reports Strategic thinker, so that you are fully aware of operational staff activity and availability Confident and assertive and able to manage client expectations realistically with confidence when arranging service visits, so that you don't over promise and under-deliver Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with clients on the phone. Ability to prioritise workloads effectively. Highly organised with a strictly processed, methodical approach to work Flexible attitude Commercial awareness and a desire to understand the internal business as a whole so that you can effectively schedule work that requires participation and coordination of multiple teams and their management of their various diaries. Experience of working in a fast-paced office with a very variable workload. Remaining calm under pressure Excellent Customer Service skills Undaunted by technical/industrial/engineering sector.
