Ecommerce Executive and Marketing Analyst
Lloyd Recruitment Services have a fantastic job opportunity for an Ecommerce Executive to join a market leader. Their marketing department are looking for someone to join their small but busy team. Main Responsibilities: - Ecommerce - Updating websites, including text, photos and videos - Deliver digital marketing campaigns - Manage social media channels - Test websites to ensure optimal customer experience - Ensure our websites are optimised for organic search engine growth The key duties and responsibilities include: - Web Order processing - Account administration processing - Responding to online enquiries - Logging any online issues - Telephone quote enquiries - Low and Lapsed business outbound calls - Competitor Analysis - Market Analysis The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a company website and online presence, superb verbal and written communication skills. A good understanding and experience of SEO principle, techniques, and tools as well as HTML and CSS; - Previous experience of administrative duties with a meticulous attention to detail. - Good organisation and communication skills. - Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workloads effectively. - A positive and cheerful attitude with the ability to calmly work under pressure. - Strong Time management skills. - Strong knowledge of MS Office applications. - Basic knowledge of website deployment including HTML. Experience with SAGE accounting and CRM software would also be an advantage but not essential.
