My client based in Crawley are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk to join the finance department. This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for anyone who is looking for a new challenge.Duties include:- Processing incoming invoices for goods purchased- Checking a purchase invoiced against a purchase order- Checking a purchase invoice against the goods received note- Executing payment runs- Preparing aged creditors reports for management purposes- Reconciliation of customer statements - Raising any queries with suppliers- Maintaining the Purchase Day bookThe ideal candidate will be:- Finance/Purchase ledger background- Ideally studying towards an accounting qualification - Confident on Excel- Good knowledge of SAP- Excellent customer services skills- Numerate If you or someone you know meets the criteria above, please apply immediately.
