A reputable client based on the outskirts of Crawley are seeking an immediately available Payroller to join their team on a 3 month temporary basis - possibly longer.The ideal candidate: - Immediately available- Has recent payroll experience- Knowledge or RTI & Auto-enrolment- Be a driver due to rural location- Good numeracy skills- Attention to detail- Team Player- Able to prioritise own work and achieve deadlinesThe Role: - Assist in the production of the payroll process including input, checking, reconciliations of payments, BAC's payment file, General Ledger files, expenses, sickness, printing of payslips, agreed monthly reports, Payroll Year End processing and reconciliation- Responsible for the recording of absence, updating as appropriate on the HR/Payroll system- Ensure that all Group payroll activities and processing are performed in accordance with Group Policies and procedures, legislation, Revenue dispensations, Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and best practice at all times- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of all 3rd Party providers in accordance with agreed processes and timeline scales- Provide timely responses to all HR / Payroll related enquiries - Assist with the Pension and life assurance administration in co-operation with all the Group's external pension administrators- Provide timely, accurate and relevant pay related statistical data as required to inform management decisions- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Payroll system and Procedures Manual Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
