We are currently recruiting for a fantastic client of ours in the centre of Crawley. As a Call Handler you will be working as part of a Customer Service team handling a range of enquiries and offering a first class friendly service. The Call Handler will: Deal with a variety of inbound customer service enquiriesWork on a first call resolution approachListen, probe and analyse enquiries to determine the underlying needs of the customerCommunicate in a friendly, prompt, polite and clear mannerBe professionally focussed in order to achieve target Who are we seeking? Previous experience within a Call Centre is desirable, candidates from other relevant sales and customer service backgrounds will be consideredExcellent listening skills and the ability to identify the customer issue, adapting approach accordinglyGood communication skills - The ability to explain information simply and clearly whilst building a strong rapport with customersAbility to work on your own initiative and be a real team playerBe customer focused, positive and have a professional attitude. Offices are open between the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Call Handlers will be expected to work a 37.5 hours a week across these times with an hour for lunch.
