Customer Service Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Manager to join a well established organisation based in Crawley. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the activities of the customer service team to maintains and enhance all customer relationships and meet operational objectives. Key duties will include: Meeting and exceeding service delivery levels in the customer service area measured by internal and external KPI'sDeveloping customer service procedures, policies and standards of work and reviewing these to ensure they are achievableInvestigating and solving customer problems/complaints that have been escalated by customer service agents and cascade through business where necessaryTaking ownership and accountability of recruitment, appraisals and staff developmentPromoting company values within the departmentConducting development and training to ensure a high standard of customer service Your significant demonstrable experience of working in an inbound/outbound customer service environment and experience of performance management and mentoring staff will enable you to excel in this role. You will have excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills, effective prioritisation and delegation skills, and the ability to use statistical and other data to produce high level reports.
