THE ROLE We are currently recruiting for the following opportunity on a project in Central London with a major UK bank: Call Handlers - PPI Telephony Team Start: 14th November 2016Duration: Until June 2017Location: Crawley Rate: £120 per day EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED Experience of working in a Contact Centre environment is essentialSome Financial Services experience is strongly desirableExperience of working within an office environmentHigh level literacy, numeracy and IT skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work to deadlines and manage work effectivelyAbility to attain and maintain specified quality and production targetsMaintaining high standards of professionalism and competenceCommitment to the duration of the contract will be expected INTERESTED?
