The Role The primary role of the job is to manage and develop the operational processes and administrative standards across Customer Services function, with the sole objective of maximising their business efficiency and delivering service excellence to their clients. Manage all customer payment processing and record reconciliation, including third party lead generators.Provide first point of contact for members of the front line Customer Services team in respect of payment processing queries.Creating documentations and spreadsheetsTaking and making telephone calls from/to customersAdministration for the marketing departmentProof reading Support the continuing development and architecture of business processes, ensuring maximum business efficiency across the Customer Services function.
