My client based in Crawley are seeking an HR Business Partner to join there well established team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global brand.Duties include: Executing HR strategies, policies and procedures and delivery on company objectivesAssist the HR Director in identifying and implementing change to the organizationDrives company efficiency ensuring that structure and job design and competency are evaluated and delivered across the regionImplement long-term incentive programs and short term compensation scheme across the regionImplement employee benefits programs and services Drive approved HR agendas across the region and the companyEnsure that global performance management process is implemented and then evaluated to the HR director Ensure that employee engagement processes are running throughout the whole HR operations and feedback at monthly and annual meetingsIdentify skill gaps analysis and identify these in a global performance management Coordinate in house management training programs that inline with company needs and global company needsConstantly keep all HR legislation, police and procedures upto date and communicate these across the region and the businessWork closely with the HR Director identify any problems that will prevent company objectives to be met Executive joint HR strategies inline with the global needsExperience neededAt least 5 years generalist experienceKnowledge of HR processesA background in either Heathcare, Manufacturing or Travel Working within a international companyWorking in a matrix company Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
