This is a one off opportunity to join a market leading tour operator on a full time basis. Using your imagination you'll help our customers to once in a lifetime experiences from luxury beaches across the world to fun packed cruise holidays. We have stretching targets but through answering calls, maximising sales opportunities and using flair to sell luxury holidays we'll expect you to smash them. Day to Day Meet and exceed set targets including conversion and productivity measuresProvide in-depth specialist knowledge to customersUtilise multiple reservation systems to obtain quotations and to complete bookingsEffectively switch sell to maximise sales opportunitiesFollow up on customer leads to maximise salesEnsure all bookings are made with accuracy and care to meet set Quality Assurance target About youIf you have previous sales experience, preferably from either a sales centre or face to face role then this may be the ideal job for you. You need to be an excellent communicator with a 'can-do' attitude and be creative and open minded in finding ways to achieve exceptional sales and service standards. You will be passionate about travel and driven to exceed high sales targets. You'll be a great team player as well as being able to work alone with flexibility to work on a shift basis. You will also have the ability to adapt your communication style to suit your audience making each experience unique and memorable for our customers.In return for this you'll be rewarded with a salary of £14,606 (including shift allowance), strong commission scheme and 7 return standby flights per year (pro rata).
