Invoice Administrator - Temp
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Invoice Assistant to join a well established organisation on an ongoing temporary basis, with the view to potentially going permanent for the right person. You will be responsible for reassigning various different invoices to external customers and so the role requires a high level of data entry and database work. Other duties will be to contact customers to resolve any queries relating to the invoices, maintain accurate records, opening and distributing the post and other general administrative duties in the team. This role will suit someone who is numerical, accurate and enjoys data entry. Good IT skills and a confident and professional telephone manner are also required, previous experience within a similar role with processing a high volume of invoices, will be a distinct advantage but this role could suit someone with solid administrative/ office experience. This role will be full time and is starting ASAP. Although this starts off as a temporary role we are looking for someone who is able to commit and stay long term in this role. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team who will provide full training. We are looking for a strong team player who is friendly and will approach the role with enthusiasm and be committed.
