A Financial Services organization in Horsham is looking for an Administrator to join their New Business team. The successful candidate will process client new business applications, top ups & funding, providing key support within the team Main Duties: Processing client new business applications, top ups and funding accurately and in a timely mannerHandling, investigating and resolving any account open queries or systemProactive assistance and resolution of client enquiries/issuesEnsuring all received funding is identified and applied within service levels to avoid clients being out of marketSeek ways to identify and improve inefficient processesHelp with the documentation of new processes or changes to existing processesHelp with the resolution of customer complaintsFeedback trends in account open, top up and funding rejections to help facilitate service and training improvementsMaintain good client relationships through proactive measures and quality client serviceEnsure full audit for all processing activity completed Requirements: Experience of working within an admin role within financial servicesExperience of working within a regulated environmentProven track record of working accurately within defined processesGood numeracy and literacy skillsThe ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced environmentWillingness to learn new systems, concepts and broaden knowledge in the industryGood attention to detail If you would like to apply for this vacancy, please contact Karen Halliday
