Neville and More is a rapidly growing company, providing creative primary packaging solutions to support the growth and development of consumer brands. You will see the results of many of our projects in well-known high street retail outlets. Our key markets include Healthcare and Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics and Personal Care, Food, Beverage and Household. You will play a key role within our sales and marketing team, with the following responsibilities: Creating new sales leads resulting in increased sales revenues by proactively promoting our innovative products to companies within our key market sectors.Handling new and existing customer projects.Leading targeted marketing campaigns to our marketing database.Raising customer awareness about new and innovative products.Identifying customer problems and suggesting creative solutions.Building long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Personal qualities required: Excellent telephone communication skills.Tenacity.Natural Curiosity and an ability to ask probing questions.Results oriented.Proactive approach.Enthusiasm.The desire to achieve job satisfaction by identifying customer problems and providing creative solutions to enhance the client brand. Relevant and on-going training will be provided for this varied role which provides an excellent opportunity to build the foundations for a career in a Sales Executive/Business Development role. Hours 8.30am-5.00pm weekdays and up to 33 days annual paid leave.
