Contact Centre Advisor nights 3 Nights Per Week Night Shift 10 pm - 6 am on a rolling 2 week rota Shift Allowence is paid on top of salary If you are an energetic, caring and independent person with a great outlook on customer service, this job could be for you. You would be contributing to the provision of the highest quality and telephone response services for all customers and communities served by our client. Job Role Providing the highest possible standard of customer care and support at all times whilst providing the priority to the safety and security of service usersLiaising with social workers, members of primary care team, emergency services and sheltered housing teams to ensure that all services our client provides are coordinated with the care and support that is provided to service users by other parties.Quickly evaluate the needs of callers and providing advice where appropriateRecording all incidents and events Requirements English GCSE Level at Grade C or above and numerate and literateFlexible approach and able to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situationsFriendly and reassuring telephone manner, good communication and customer service skillsQuick learner and team worker
