Key responsibilities Handling queries or complaints from customers via inbound calls, email, or postChecking and despatching customer reportsTo meet all individual and team targetsTo ensure the best Customer service experience is given to all customersTo achieve KPI's whilst maintaining excellent qualityAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a team Experience and Skills Required Excellent PC & typing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexible to work shifts (Mon-Fri shifts between 08:00 and 18:00 and occasional Saturdays 10:00 - 15:00)Customer service experience in an office environmentExtremely organised with a high level of attention to detailAbility to multi-task and work as part of a teamBe a team player with confidence, energy and enthusiasmPolite and professional telephone manner Closing Date 21st October 2016.
