Job Description An Accounts Receivable Administrator with Hilton Hotels & Resorts will fully support the Credit Control Supervisor within the Finance department by following charges and credit procedures and balancing accounts frequently. As Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will fully support the Credit Control Supervisor within the Finance department by following charges and credit procedures and balancing accounts frequently. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Ensure that the Accounts Receivables function operates efficiently on aday to day basis. Assist the Credit Team to ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various accounts Set up all new credit accounts promptly in accordance with Hilton Credit Policy Monitor credit limits weekly to customers have sufficient credit facilities before using hotel. Allocate all receipts correctly and follow up on all overdue accounts Reconcile the bank receipts to the AR System on daily basis Carry out collections in accordance with Hilton Credit Policy and actively reduce all debts >60days Support in the management of all account queries and disputes Balance accounts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel outlets and departments Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when required Carry out such other tasks as directed by the Credit Control Supervisor, Assistant Finance Manager or Finance Manager Job Requirements What are we looking for?
