The Role; A varied and challenging position which will see you providing PA support to a successful corporate finance team. Tasks to include diary management, co-ordinating and booking meetings, actioning emails, organising travel arrangements and support in marketing activities. Reporting to the Service Manager your Team Leader duties will include the following; Ensure the team is providing a high quality and consistent service throughout the office through managing all aspects of workflow.Act as the department coach and assist with the development of the support team, tracking performance and giving feedback through one to onesSupport secretarial recruitment processes including the on boarding of new members whilst assisting with managing resources to ensure effective use of the team is madeConduct regular team meetings, prepare agendas and distribute minutesAccurately communicate management messages in a positive manner supporting the organisation's company values.
