Part Time Office Administrator
(16 Hrs Per Week - Flexible to Suit - £25,000 Per Annum Pro Rata)

Ryebrook Resins Flooring Ltd is currently looking for a professional and competent part time Office Administrator for our office in Crawley.
 

Key Responsibilities

 Internal Quality Assurance administration.
 Marketing (Company Website / Facebook / Twitter).
 Attending monthly Management Meetings and taking minutes.
 Following up and reporting back on quotations.
 Chasing retentions in conjunction with the Accounts Manager.
 You will also be required to provide cover to the Office Secretary/

Administrator during holiday periods on
a fulltime basis (5 day week) from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Duties as set out below.

Assisting the Office Secretary/Administrator:
 Working for three Contract/Sales Managers, typing quotes, letters, memos, assisting and providing ongoing
support with documentation required for contract start-ups.
 Record staff timesheets, holidays and sickness.
 Answer and transfer telephone calls within the office and to mobiles.
 Raise purchase orders and invoices where required.
 Book travel and hotel accommodation as required, researching the most cost effective and practical solutions available.
 Any other reasonable task as set by the Senior Manager.

 Good understanding of all Microsoft Office applications – intermediate/advanced Excel desirable.
