The role of the Litigation Agency Consultant is to work with the Litigation Management team, up to and including the Head of Department, to ensure that the external Solicitor Agents are meeting or exceeding the required regulatory, financial and operational performance metrics. Primary responsibilities range from manual underwriting of pre-legal accounts to dealing with day to day query handling and reporting. Key Responsibilities Work with and support Litigation Underwriters to; oEnsure that all accounts are checked, via active account monitoring, during the pre-litigation strategy for suitable progression into litigation. oEnsure manual data point analysis is completed on a forensic basis and whether or not the account is currently suitable for litigation activity. oPrepare appropriate report documents in a timely and accurate manner and adhere to all Service Level Agreements in relation to the performance of underwriting activity. oResponsible for delivering key lines of defence processes prior to litigation placement. First point of contact for Agent and CCM queries, requests and reports including escalation to management team where appropriate. Support the initiation, management and monitoring of Agent performance; including feedback to Relationship Consultants and quality control aspects to Quality Consultants. Management of litigation account inventory account life-cycles with Agents including analysis of Putbacks, Settlement Authorities, Payment Plan Authorities, Trace Approach etc. Ensuring delivery of 100% accurate Solicitor Agent data transfer and reporting related to litigation account inventory. Ensuring on-going delivery of required CCM regulatory requirements where it relates to external service delivery. Involvement with project activity as required by the management team. Undertaking other litigation management team activities as may be reasonably required.
