The Company This business is one of the largest housing associations in southern England and has a well-established reputation as a successful business with social objectives. They provide housing of all different types of customers who live in almost 30,000 properties. With more than 900 colleagues, they're an organisation that's going places. The Role Our client have recently made some changes within their Service Centre and are looking for a highly motivated Team Manager to lead and enable the Customer Account Advisors to collect rent and service charges to maximise the Group's income whilst delivering an excellent customer service over multiple channels. They are updating their technology to help develop their services and so having an open mind to and being able to adapt to change is essential. The company operate a rotating shift pattern so shifts will vary between: 08:00am and 04:00pm 12:00pm and 08:00pm This will also include 2 in 6 Saturdays working 08:45am until 01:00pm. Confident to make decisions and accountable for own actions You Will Receive In return for your hard work as a Customer Accounts Team Manager, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,000 - £34,000 per annum.
