My client is seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant for a long term temporary assignment. This is a great organisation to work for offering lots of perks and benefits including flexible working hours, parking and a staff restaurant. Working as part of a team providing expert advice and guidance to a range of payroll queries and all administrative support. Follow established payroll processes and seeking ways to improve processes wherever possible. Ensure accurate and timely payment of all Staff expenses by collation, entry and checking of expense claim forms. Process starters and leavers ensuring accuracy of all personal details and all payments are made. Issuing of P45's and dealing with overpayments and pension matters as appropriate. Reconcile and make payment for all third party payments, including Tax, NI, Pension, fees, etc. each month for payment by Finance. Undertake the monthly payroll processing from Gross to Net, running and checking audit reports to check for accuracy. Liaising with other teams within the organisation to resolve any errors arising. Providing Finance with the data required and creation of the BACS file for payment of salaries and Court Orders. Submission of electronic RTI data to HMRC.
