Job Title: Call Centre - Customer Service, Inbound, No sales Job Type: Contract - 9 month Contract Location: Horsham Salary: £17,134 My client is a rapidly growing animal welfare company located in Horsham, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor professional to join their expanding team. Benefits: Full training 17 days holiday bank holidays Dress down every Friday Free on site parking Subsidised canteen Competitive pension scheme Childcare vouchers Society Day - day off Duties and Responsibilities: Answering all telephone calls into the Department from both internal and external customers Provide a prompt and efficient service to telephone enquires, giving advice or providing information Responding to telephone complaints in line with the service level agreement Dealing with complaints Letter writing Processing telephone payments Working closely with other departments Undertaking associated administration duties This position is extremely fast paced and demanding and requires someone who thrives in a busy role, problem solving and ensuring a high standard of customer service. You must have the following skills and experience: Good customer service skills and able to work to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills both verbal/written and able to liaise with a wide variety of people Able to handle complaints and remain professional when dealing with complex queries. Will be organised with good attention to detail and fast and accurate keyboard skills The job working as a Customer Service Administrator will be joining an established and friendly team of 8.
