We are looking for Care Support Workers who want to play a part in ensuring that all the residents in our care receive person centred care in line with their individual needs.
Brief summary of duties (not exhaustive);
A waking night shift delivering personal care and ensuring this is documented accurately; supporting the well-being of our residents through observation and responding with empathy to their needs; administering medication; providing handover information to Shift Leaders and/or day shift colleagues.
Ideally you will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and some experience in a caring role. You should also be willing to undertake the necessary mandatory training and be committed to delivering person centred care.
