Job title: Recruitment Administrator
Salary: £18k - £20k DOE
My client just outside of Brighton is recruiting for a HR and Recruitment Administrator.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a varied and exciting role for someone who wants to take the next step in internal recruitment.
Recruitment and selection for various stores across the country
Liaising with managers and updating all internal vacancies
Preparing job descriptions and advertising them on job boards and the company website
Managing all applicants
Carrying out telephone interviews
Inputting candidate information onto systems and preparing starter packs
Undertaking inductions with new starters
Providing HR administration support
Inputting payroll and holiday data
Answering queries from internal staff
The right person will preferably have in house recruitment and selection experience, as well as a high level of administration.
