With strong customer care values, they are looking for a candidate who believes in providing the highest standards of service. What will your working week be like? Working within a busy and client focussed team you will be communicating with tenants and landlords to ensure that all administration and compliance work is carried out for a tenant to move into a property Support tenants and landlords at the start of their tenancy process Resolving or escalating any issues promptly Ensuring compliance, legalities and standard operating procedures are adhered to Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or post ensuring clients receive the best possible service Working towards set targets Providing administrative support and help to network branches Who will suit this role? In order to be successful in this role you should be passionate about providing great customer service. You should be able to manage multiple tasks and communicate well with your team. Willing to learn and develop your skills Adept at dealing with telephone enquiries to provide a truly exceptional standard of customer service Hard-working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals Professional, organised and have a great work ethic Confident, resilient and enjoy healthy and fun competition within a great working environment Competent with Microsoft Office Remain calm and patient under pressure Demonstrate excellent customer service skills Build rapport quickly and ensure accurate information is both recorded and delivered.
