Salary: £18,940 to £21,220 per annum
In this role based at Falmer, you will provide high quality administrative support for a range of courses and modules within the School of Health Sciences. Tasks will include setting up and servicing meetings, maintaining databases and spreadsheets and assisting with the preparation of paperwork for examination boards.
You will also provide cover in the school reception, dealing with telephone and personal queries, including assisting students and colleagues with their bursary or fee enquiries. You will possess knowledge of effective administration procedures and records systems, experience in the use of spreadsheets and databases and the ability to service meetings including producing accurate minutes.
