Administrator Horsham £16,000 per annum Permanent Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm (1 hour for lunch) We are looking for an Administrator to join us on a permanent basis. The business unit that we want the person to work in is our Chichester Office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support within and across services. Undertaking a wide range of specialist admin tasks as directed by the senior team. A professional that can maintaining a high standards of work is requires. Dealing with sensitive and highly confidential information and note taking in meetings. Your experience will include: · Ability to take electronic notes in meetings. · Knowledge of systems, procedures and policies associated with operating an administrative service. · Good knowledge of a wide and varied range of computer software. · Experience of working within administrative office. · Able to providing effective flexible administrative support to various service areas. Have the ability to use Microsoft packages like Word and Excel. Good understanding of ways to storing and processing information. What's in it for you?
