An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a well established, family run business based in Crawley. You will be responsible for the day to day order processing from start to finish and duties will include: Providing first line contact with customers regarding enquiries Ensuring incoming telephone calls are answered promptly and courteously Providing quotation and order management support to customers Inputting sales orders onto the system and advising customers with regards to price, discount and availability You will have previous experience of working in a goods in/out or export environment, a customer focused and organised approach to work, and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills as you will be using this on a daily basis.
