The Pavilion & Downs Teaching School Alliance (PDTSA) is a partnership of 5 secondary schools working across Sussex to improve outcomes for all children. The Alliance delivers the highest quality academic education: learning that stretches and challenges all students, founded on a comprehensive and inclusive ethos that is accessible to all. The Alliance members challenge each other, and other schools, to be the best they can be for young people, focused on developing the whole young person so that they thrive and flourish.
This is an exciting role which will support our Teaching School Alliance in shaping the future of professional development and school improvement. We are therefore seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Business Manager to work directly to the Director of the Teaching School Alliance.
