Media Support Officer
Location: Brighton
Salary: £18k + great benefit package
Hours: Full Time

I have great pleasure in supporting our highly reputable and creative client in the recruitment of a highly organised and dynamic Media Support Officer to join their busy Sales department based in Brighton.

Responsibilities:

* Creating and sending E-shots
* Proofing material with clients and amending changes with them
* Chasing artwork for completion
* Taking instructions from clients
* Processing payments
* Updating and creating spreadsheets
* Dealing with post and directing it accordingly
* Assisting with business events
* Liaising with third parties and other internal departments
* Working to strict deadlines
* Resolving queries and problem solving
* Monitoring outstanding artwork

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

* Ability to work to strict deadlines
* Work well under pressure and be highly organised
* Great IT skills and proven experience of working with CRM systems (Salesforce, Fieldglass etc.
* Excellent Excel skills
* Proven experience of working or creating print or digital adverts
* Great attention to detail
