Great opportunity to join a technology driven, modern financial services firm based in Horsham. They offer complete investment solutions across the UK to independent financial advisers. Your role will be to work on the investment platform maintaining client accounts and actively assisting clients with needs. Ideally you will currently be working in an FCA regulated environment such as financial advice, insurance or banking and have great communication skills. The role of Client Services Associate duties include: Building strong relationships through proactive measures and quality service Supporting new and existing clients using the platform Managing high volumes of call, email and ticket communication effectively Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines and policies including the Data Protection Act Identify and assess client requirements for complete query management Providing accurate, valid and complete information to clients using data, functions and resource available Resolving client enquiries and issues in a timely manner, within company SLA's and processing guidelines Limiting risk and positively promoting the platform Collating client feedback and trends to work with others to enhance service delivery and overall client experience Identifying areas of improvement or development for feedback into the development roadmap Processing client transactions and data amendments with complete accuracy Maintaining accurate records of client communications, data amendments and relevant documentation Educating and train clients on platform offering and support the implementation of new services Develop an extensive knowledge of all areas of the proposition Maintain a thorough knowledge of individual and departmental responsibilities Continuously seek ways to identify and improve inefficient processes Ongoing maintenance of processing procedures and support documentation Assist with the resolution of customer complaints Experience/Qualifications Minimum 2 years client or customer services experience, within a regulated industry Previous experience within a platform or investment environment is desirable but not essential as training will be given Proven ability to problem solve using own initiative Established phone handling and active listening skills Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Salary C25K plus full benefits Please apply for further details Advertised through Zoek 5f177f57103f4f5d9aa31b2165fa2d078
