Account Director – Internal Communications

If so, we are looking for an Account Director with specialist Internal Communications skills with the drive and ambition to achieve results in our award-winning team.

Specialising in Healthcare comms, this will be a demanding, fun and fast-paced role. You’ll be charged with running a number of large client accounts, from planning and strategy development to delivery and evaluation, responsible for effective running of your teams and meeting your agreed objectives. You’ll also be heavily involved in new business activity with a lead role in delivering hard-hitting, winning proposal documents and contributing to a company-wide growth target
- You will have PR agency or in house experience at AD/ Internal Comms Manager level, where you have led a team and developed or contributed to the Internal Comms strategy
- You have been involved in or led internal change programmes, employee surveys, employee awards programmes etc.
- Ideally you will have some awareness of health regulations including the ABPI code etc.
- You are bright, motivated, enthusiastic and a definite self-starter.
- You are extremely organised and take pride in your work.
- You have exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Flexible with an enormous amount of initiative.
- Team player with big ideas and great spirit. .
