£34,730 - £36,120 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
Full time, temporary Contract (up to 12 months’ maternity cover)
This role will mainly be based in Hastings with regular travel to Brighton
The University of Brighton Academies Trust is seeking an experienced HR Manager join the Trust on a temporary basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
The main purpose of the role will be to provide professional support, advice and guidance to academy principals, the executive team and senior managers in relation to complex employee relations cases and other HR matters. You will also be responsible for the line management and coaching of the HR Advisors, HR Assistant and HR Administrator, ensuring an effective day-to-day service of HR operations.

You will have proven experience of managing a team and leading on change management projects, along with supporting complex employee relations cases and driving HR project work to support the team’s success criteria.
