Purchasing and Administration Coordinator, Meadowrose Scientific Ltd, Crawley.
You will be responsible for coordinating our team of engineers in the most effective and efficient manner to ensure that they have all the information and equipment they need to provide an excellent service to our customers.
Liaising with customers to book engineer visits and managing the engineers diaries.
Often spare parts are required for our engineers to complete repairs.
This role covers the whole administration of the process of quoting, purchasing and booking in parts as well as responsibility for maintaining stock levels of frequently used parts.
A customer focused work ethic, retentive memory, friendly telephone manor, ability to prioritise workload and experience of this type of role would be desired.
Salary based on experience.
