Customer Service – Telesales
We have an exciting opportunity for a well-known company who require highly skilled customer service skilled agents for a customer service telesales role based in Brighton.
Working hours will be Mon-Thurs 11am-8pm, Friday 10am-6pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays with a Monday off.
Expected Salary – Between £18,000-£21,000 + Bonuses
Responsibilities will include -
- Talking to customers and providing excellent customer service
- Upselling services
