Office Manager - Peter Perks Ltd
Working closely with the MD of a small manufacturing company to manage, and improve the day to day running of the office. To produce accurately all required paperwork for Invoicing, Delivering, Labelling Ordering and Customer liaison. Run the weekly payroll. To enter purchase and sales ledger data. To help with credit control. To update and enter production data and help produce production schedules. To help manage the supply chain. To help produce and update Employee data and training records. To help the company comply with all Health and Safety requirements. To accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
The candidate would be organized and unfazed by the variety of roles depending on what’s needed.
A positive, constructive, upbeat sort of person. Able to communicate effectively and appropriately.
In house training would be given for all of the tasks described. Being a small company none of the tasks actually take that long to achieve.
Hours of work 9:00am until 3:00pm.
