The role on offer as a property manager will cover all aspects of the business such as property maintenance, property legislation, HMO legislation, contract renewals, inspections, landlord and tenant enquiries, negotiation and general care of our clients portfolio's.
Key Person Skills and Experience:
Driving licence required
Ideally candidates will have a minimum 3+ years’ experience in a property environment
ARLA / NFOPP qualifications would be desirable, but are not a strict requirement.
IT, email and web based systems
You will be organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with a 1 hour lunch break provided. You will also be required to work Saturdays in line with the departmental rota which is currently 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am to 2pm.
